Here's a big game-changing strategy to get you started right away:

🌱 “Please don't begin your plant-based journey the dieting way, only eating run-of-the-mill salads or veggies boiled in water and think that you’re gonna love plant-based living, because that way is not going to bring you joy…. so it won't last. 

If you like burgers, tacos, shepherds pie, waffles, pancakes, biscuits, pasta salads (no, carbs are not your enemy - promise!), cheesy soups & stews, alfredo sauce, creamy mashed potatoes, lasagna, and desserts then you need to find the way to keep enjoying those meals. A way that will actually build…your…health. 

I want you to know that your taste buds will absolutely adjust as you go, and as a result, you'll discover amazing flavors in straight-up produce that you couldn't even taste before. I know that finding a healthy lifestyle you actually enjoy sounds amazing and somehow out of reach, especially with all of the delicious meal options I mentioned above. But I promise it's possible, because this is our reality, and that our of clients, every single day.
