This is how we've lost over 80 pounds and kept it off without counting calories, grams, points, or macros. There's no need to "control" our portions, wish for cheat days, or ever feel hangry either. Eating this way we've had cardiovascular disease reverse, autoimmune symptoms disappear, pain go away, and our energy levels soar!
