Today I wanna share with you something I recently heard from a pulpit that's stirred me up and I knew it was extremely important that we share it with you, was I start up Jarrod.

what's triggered. I might be still a little triggered, and we're gonna lay out exactly why in this episode. So I was on YouTube and this message from a pastor that streams internationally came on, think about the impact of that. His guest speaker was speaking and all of a sudden started describing compost and how it's made. Here's what he said, word for word quote. So how do you make organic soil? You take everything that's rotting in the kitchen. You throw it in all the slimy leftovers, the moldy leftovers. That's stuff that you open the container and it makes you gag. You take all that stuff along with the grass clippings and the dead leaves all the garbage, and you put it in a compost tea, which fun fact, That's the exact same recipe for making organic, gluten-free, dairy-free brownies. It's basically compost. Ha ha, ha ha, ha ha.

and the audience erupted into laughter. Thought that was hilarious.

And while this may seem haha funny on the surface, it's time for us as entrepreneurs who have a Kingdom mission to open our eyes to what's really going on around us. We need to be in God's word and continue to pray for daily wisdom because many of the things that are being said are not only faults, but they can be extremely damaging to our health and to our God-given mission if we believe them and even laugh at them. Now, of course, what we're talking about today is not just about brownies specifically, although it's clear this pastor has not tried ours. The truth is the power on plants brownies rival any recipe out there? Am I lying? Jarrod?

Oh no. They're amazing. They're fantastic. And that's actually one of the things that I will tell my patients. Whenever I'm explaining about whole food plant-based and how there's no deprivation, I tell him we even have the most amazing recipe for brownies that are made with the ingredients they're made with, and you would never know because they're fudgy and chocolatey, and moist and delicious. Love 'em. We need to get his address. Send him not just a recipe, but actually make some brownies and ship them to 'em.

Yes. Do not think, that thought has not crossed my mind. That's a great idea. And they're even organic, gluten-free and dairy-free. But I know a lot of people have been burned by nasty tasting recipes. I'm gonna get into that in a little bit, but what should stir us up most here is that there is a rampant damaging lie of our common enemy being spread here, and it's this. If it's healthy, it's going to taste like garbage, steal your joy and make life feel like it's not worth living. So if you wanna be healthy, you'll just have to willpower through what's nasty tasting to get there and to stay there and it's just not worth it. And we believe these kind of lies, and so we stay stuck in our health struggles for far too long, all the while losing the opportunities to bring God's kingdom to this earth through our mission because we just are not physically able to fully show up. And I'm here to tell you, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the statement that led you to believe if it's healthy, it's gonna taste like garbage, steal your joy and make you feel like life's not worth living. Absolutely. And that's one of our big whys for why we do what we do week after week because God's people should be the most health. See vibrant people in the face of this planet, and that's just not what we see when we walk into churches. When we see church services online, we see that the people inside the church physically look no different than people outside the church.

I was gonna say the exact same thing because can think about this. Can you see how Satan is using whatever means is made available to him? And I mean, made available to him. If we don't make ourselves available to spread lies, they will not be spread through us. So we need to be grounded in wisdom. but can you see how he's using whatever avenues are made available to him to keep the body of Christ sick? And ineffective. And like Jarrod said, it's not difficult to see how well his tactics are currently working even inside the church. as we look around and notice how physically unhealthy the church is, how many are currently sick in life altering mission, stealing health struggles, this stirs us up. It's what keeps us showing up day after day, helping our brothers and sisters in Christ to escape the lies and replace them with truth. And that second part is just as important as escaping the lies, replacing them with truth. That's the formula for being able to fully show up and completely live your calling. But sadly, this isn't the first time we've heard the same damaging lie, but every time we hear it, I always hope and pray it's the last.

I think each time we hear it, it builds on that I don't know if angst is the right word, but that that burden in our spirit of we've got to dispel these lies each time we get more. Or more maybe trigger. Maybe trigger is a better word, and we hear it a fair amount. I mean, from people that are leaders in their churches, and some of these churches are bigger and even are on TV internationally or YouTube internationally. And like Anita said, you can see where that lag is propagated widely very quickly.

So as you're listening, I want you to think, do you agree that there's something wrong when those inside the church have the same type and the same amount of health struggles as the rest of the world? Now we could say it's just spiritual because many really don't understand the biblical truth about miracles and healing and how they apply to our lives. Yes, even today. Absolutely that plays a part in it, and that's the exact reason we share the truth about healing inside Accelerator and how God has always been and is still in the business of healing even today. But if we notice, let's call it a fruit around us, such as a disease process, let's say that disease is miraculously healed unless the root of that fruit is dealt with. What do you think will happen

It will come right back. exactly We've heard people say, oh, please pray for me my diabetes, and we can see that miraculously healed and do, but if the same conditions are there. Will it happen again? So let's say you do eat an animal-based diet and you pour grease down your sink down the drain and it gets clogged up over time and it will now you pray for a miracle, you call the plumber, they come and they remove the drains, and now the drains are clear

is exactly what happens on the OR table, and we've been told and believe the lie that eating this way is extreme. This is not extreme. This is enjoyable and delicious and simple when you know the steps, it is not difficult, it's just different from what you're used to. What is extreme is having your chest cracked open, having to recover from that, and all the years you had to live with it before. Four, you had it Roto-Rooter, and then the dangers of surgery and then the recovery afterwards. And then what is gonna happen. And I think this is what Jarrod is getting at. Like once you're either miraculously healed or you're on a or table or with the sink, like what's gonna

So if you put brand new drain pipes back in there, but you still keep pouring that grease down the drain, what's gonna happen? It will clog up again. I've used the analogy if somebody breaks their leg and they, they get healed miraculously. one of the elders of the church prays for him, lays hands, and that broken bone is now healed. Is that person now impervious to any future bone breaks ever again in their lifetime? If the conditions were right for that type of injury. So in what we're saying here is if someone is engaged in eating a standard American diet and that leads to diabetes or high blood pressure, should they get miraculously healed? If they're not changing the conditions that can cause that type of diagnosis, it's going to come right back.

So what we know is that the fruit of disease can. Have various roots, but all the reliable research cannot be denied. one of the most common roots of the top chronic, and I say that in quotes, diseases of our time that are rampant in our society today is what is on our plate. This is one of the most common roots. It's the food. Say it with me. It's the food. Now, sickness can have spiritual roots. We're not denying that. but what makes us so sad is that many have been taught that there is something wrong within them, something from your past that you haven't dealt with or led to believe. Things like. Oh, I just have a personal willpower problem and it keeps causing my health struggles. And so you keep trying to fix yourself. All the while. No one has told you that there's a very big possibility that the root cause of your health struggles is the food you are eating. It's the food. We see it time and again. Yes. Even the clean ones. I'm not just talking about processed foods here. Listen, Jarrod and I were eating clean when we were our sickest and very overweight. I know Jarrod hates it, but I have the photos and I have the videos

well before with photos, now she's found a video and it's like, oh my Lord. Please don't show those. I understand they were our story beforehand, but just rather not be reminded, but All right, go ahead. As you were.

I I know you hate it, but it's important to remember it. It's important to share it because we've been where you are. And eating clean, free range, organic cage-free, no hormones added. Nevermind that all the hormones were already in there. And eating clean this way was keeping us from doing so many of the things we wanted to do in life. What if the answer to all your health struggles could simply be what's on your plate and what's not there? Just think it through. When you have this epiphany, this big discovery of truth about the food being behind the most common quote, chronic diseases of our time, you are then led to believe, sadly at times, even from the pulpit. That healthy food could help you, but it's gonna taste like garbage. Do you see the problem here? Can you see how this is a big setup from Satan to sabotage you and keep you stuck in your health struggles stuck And unable to fulfill your God-given calling completely discouraged and feeling like I know what I need to do, but are all the miserable methods really worth it? I mean, I wanna have some enjoyment in life and I enjoy having a nice meal with my family. Jarrod and I get it. And we're here to tell you it's possible to have the real joy in eating healthy every day. meals you genuinely love, that are actually loving your body back When you can escape the lie that getting healthy is going to taste like nasty garbage and make you want to gag Realize what a crock of hogwash that lie is. That's when you'll be free to start reversing disease and skyrocketing your energy. 10 xing your productivity and abundantly living your calling. You'll be fully available to scale your business and help your people in the area of your expertise. those who are waiting on you to fully show up with your body backing you a hundred percent.

One interesting thing I just noticed is that all the people that we've heard, and I'm just thinking of the last few times, we've heard pastors just disparage on plant-based foods. None of them ever actually said, we know this is the better way for you to eat, but it tastes. Like garbage. We know this is healthy, but it's yucky. They don't even actually seem to acknowledge the fact that this is God's best, that this is the healthiest, best way to eat. It just seems to be more of a, it tastes nasty, it's garbage. And that saddens me because like I said, this is God's best that he gave us. This was his original, what he gave us in the garden,

I've even heard it called rabbit food from the pulpit.

Maybe rabbits are kind of smart.

Maybe they're healthy. You know what, other food it is, it's also strong food. It's also energizing food 'cause it's gorilla food. It's cow food. What do you think your beef seeding, where does it get its protein?

Jarrod 15:34

Look at the rhino, look at the hippopotamus, elephants. These are all very large, extremely strong animals. I would not want to get into a cage fight with any of them. So clearly there is not a protein problem with these animals and with the fuel that they eat.

We also know that many of you have been burned by nasty tasting food, and so you believe they're just a part of what's required to get healthy. Our mission for you, should you choose to accept it, is to release that lie today and replace it with this truth. The Bible says that our enemy's plan is to kill you, to steal your life, and to destroy your ability to live it to the fullest for the glory of our creator. We just cannot, as the body of believers, keep laughing at the destructive things that are being said, we need to take a stand and speak the truth. And in this situation, the truth we want you to know straight from our hearts is that you can have the healthy food that has been proven time and again to literally power the body well.
